Please read T.O.S very carefully and understand it well to avoid
miscommunication or any problems for both parties
● I don't work with deadlines but for each commissions usually takes between 2~3 weeks to be done.
● English speaker is preferred
● Every each of my respectful clients will going through a same procedure, you're required to submit a commission request form beforehand to be selected in the process.
● For any respectful Company or Agency do please contact me on Twitter.
● Encouraged to use your vtuber/business information instead of IRL information. If you do use IRL information, i'll shall preserve any Confidential Information and will not leak any of them to third parties or outsider.
● Make sure your fan art or any illustration that you want to incorporate is ready before we start working on your assets to avoid any delay.
● Fan Art or any commission art piece that you provided should have a commercial use that im able to utilize on the stream assets. I'm not liable if any problem arise in the future.
● Im used to work with text and visual references only so i can refer back whenever i need to check project brief and also for "black-and-white" purposes. No Discord call or whatsoever.
● I hold every right to the commissioned piece, to use it for my portfolio or posting on my account.
● Please be aware that i do not draw, only can illustrate simple shape and object for now.
● I'll send an updates of the concept to get confirmation before finalizing or deliver the end product.
● I'll cover any adjustment after 1 week of delivered files. After that 1 week, any changes you wanna make are gonna be charged. Always check your files!
● Please do not ask for serious or big changes half way through the commission and after the commission is finished.
● The work i have done for you will be showcase on Twitter, Behance and Youtube, if you do not want me to share it please let me know beforehand.
● You're able to see any work progress on my Trello, i'll focusing my client 1 by 1, which mean i'll finishing from above to down according to my Trello on that month. If you're the last slot, do please bear that in mind it's gonna take awhile to get on to your slot!
● I'll make sure every clients i have on that month will be finish in that very month unless there's third party delay like illustration and etc is still in progress.
● For rush order please dm on my Twitter for further discussion. Fees is depending on dateline and complexity of your project.
● Consultation is available if needed, for helping my client deciding the direction we will proceed toward to.
Payment & Pricing
● USD as currency
● All payments will be paid via Paypal.
● Payments are upfront. can be paid half upfront, half on delivery.
● Time limit is 1 week after i sent the invoice, if there's no payment have made, i have to cancel the slot.
● No payment = No work progress

● Minor Adjustment - 2 revision
● Minor Animation Adjustment - 2 revision
● If you need more revision about your draft or animation do dm me on Twitter for further discussion.
● I would recommend to compiled every adjustments that you want to make in 1 request.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
● I will offer to refund the commissioner when, for any reason, unable to complete the commission.
● If you request a refund before i send any update, i'll returned 90% of what we agreed upon.
● If you request a refund after we made any progress, the money cannot be returned.

Frequenty Ask Questions
What and why we need to use WebM?
WebM is specially made for streaming softwares such as OBS and SLOBS. To test this file, you have to load it into the streaming softwares first and check it from there. To preview it directly on your computer, you need a proper video codec for it.If you try to view it without a proper video codec, normally you will see alot of glitching and broken visual but it will work properly when you preview it on your OBS/SLOBS.-Light weight ( less than 10mb for 12sec )
-Alpha/transparent background
-Less cpu intensive than using MOV file
-WebM > GIF. Especially when we have a complexed animation
How to screenshot Dynamic Poses?
The expression we're looking for like the images above. Generally the expression will be Smile, Happy, Blushing, Vtuber when they talking look-alike, and slightly look to the left and right.You can send alot of expressions if you wanted to and we'll choose the right one for you.
VTube Studio

Step 2Find "Transparent background" and turn it on
You should be able to export a series PNGs of your vtuber model from here.
Note: Preferable send it thru Google drive or directly to my email ( [email protected] ) since twitter will compress the image and make it pixelated + lack of transparent background.
How long each project take to finish?
It's entirely depends on the complexity of project and the dateline. Some of the assets is required an in-depth attention which costing time and energy that we put in to finalizing the final product.Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks or longer if it's something that very complex we have to work with.
What considered as complex?
It's often related to the task given to us where we need to illustrate certain image or the animation where it's out of our expertise which taking us some time to figure out the right solution for final product, that's if we're agreed to try something new.
Do you have a waitlist?
As for now, you can get into our waitlist when we're opening commsission request form every 2 months. Make sure that you have everything ready when we open our slots so you have higher chance to secure your slot.
How long the duration you animated for overlay?
Scenes - Starting, Be Right Back, Ending, Just Chatting, Gameplay, Apex Legends Overlay, and etc is usually 12 sec. Which a sweet spot for most overlay. Not too short, not too long,For Stinger Transition it's 4 secsFor Alerts it's 10 secs ( can cut it short if needed )
How long my slot will take?
We tend to finish our slots 1 by 1 so we can focus and pay full attention on each project. We start from top to bottom client's slot position, you can visit our Trello to see which slot you're in. As promise, we'll finish every single client in the same month as long there's no delay from other third party as in illustration, icons, coder and etc!Do please be patience with us, we'll go through your slot thoroughly!
Can i send a references from another designer?
Yes you can but keep that in mind that, the ideas visual is totally fine but for final product direction it's not gonna be the same. We'll executed your ideas/vision in different way either make entirely something new or we improvise what we can.Every decisions we made in design or element we used not only to make them pretty but also has a reason behind it. Practical and functional. Avoiding of similarity to others vtuber/designer brand and specifically personalized just for your very brand is part of many decision we need to make.If you have seen our works before, you can rest assure. We'll guide you to the right direction.
My Style
I've multiple kind of style that i capable to match up with your concept but my expertised is Futuristic, Gothic, Clean and Elegant style. If you have a same concept as my style like visual samples above, i would love to work with you!I'm also able to do some kind of animation depending how complex it is and I can refuse to do certain animation due to complexity that is out of my level. Do please ask beforehand!
